  • Self-motivated – initiates action and goes beyond routine requirements.
  • Outreach minded and comfortable with digital communications – our ideal candidate can easily find his place in our podcasting (currently being organized), streaming, and social media, and other online efforts.
  • Capable of making connections – active in the community. Involvement in business, social, or other organizations, such as civic groups, is fine, even welcomed, though we would hope that the minister’s time brings, in the end, more glory to God than to earthly endeavors.
