LOCAL Personal Bible Studies
We invite you to study the Bible with us! If you live in the Abilene, Texas area, we want to study with you face-to-face. We are passionate about our own Bible study and passionate about helping others come to know God through His Word.
IN PERSON ONE-ON-ONE BIBLE STUDIES
These studies are usually done done in person. You can meet with a study helper during Bible class time on Sunday morning or Wednesday evening.
If our regular Bible class time does not fit your busy schedule, we can make other arrangements. Just fill out the Personal Study Request form and we will get in touch!
SMALL GROUPS – IN PERSON STUDIES
Interested in meeting with a couple of other Bible students so you can study together? There are times during the year when we have multiple people who have requested to study the Bible. For those in the Abilene, Texas area, fill out the form to the right and let us know that you are interested in participating in a small group Bible study.

World Bible School
Online Bible Courses
FREE BIBLE COURSES ONLINE
Another great option we have for you is our FREE online Bible courses. For this, we partner with World Bible School. Once you register as a student (it’s FREE!), one of Baker Heights’ personal one-on-one study helpers will contact you online with an introduction. You study the Bible online, at your own pace. And our study helpers review your lessons and help you with any questions you may have.
WHO BENEFITS FROM WBS COURSES?
Anyone who finds it difficult to schedule regular times to meet for one-on-one Bible studies will love this flexible option. Study at your own pace. Complete several lessons at a time, or take it slowly, as you can fit them into your schedule. Your study helper will be there to walk with you through the Bible studies at the pace that works best for you.
Free Bible Correspondence Courses by Mail.
At Baker Heights, we make it easy for everyone who wants to study Bible. Our third Bible study option is the FREE World Bible School correspondence course that are sent through the mail. Don’t have regular access to a computer on the Internet to take the online WBS courses? No problem. Our study helpers can send you the course through the postal mail. You are still in control of how quickly or how slowly you go through the lessons. Just read the lessons, fill out the answer sheets, and return the answer sheets to us. We will correspond with you by mail as you study the Bible.
