Yes, it’s me! I know, it’s been a long time. I am feeling better, but physical therapy has put some restrictions on me, and I really want to continue this process. I honestly don’t know where I’d be had it not been for so many visits and prayers. BHCC prayer warriors have been nothing less than awesome. Thank you so much!
My Heart
So much has happened since I obtained this terrible bacterial infection in my blood. Several of you lost loved ones which broke my heart. I truly hurt for you, especially since I couldn’t be with you. But Baker Heights, you were your usual self; amazing, to say the least! Thank you so much for your love and compassion! And then there was the terrible tragedy in the Hill Country. So many lives lost and missing. Our hearts ache.
One thing I’ve learned!
As much as we want to blame others, we know that God still reigns supreme! It’s a lesson I’ve had to learn and practice. It’s tough, but with God’s help as well as the help and encouragement from God’s people, it’s doable!
Remember church, “With God, all things are possible!” (Matt.19:26) God bless you and I will see you soon!
