At the very core of our lives as Christians is our worship of God, our Father, and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 3:20-21). This is why we assemble together on the first day of every week.
In order to ensure that our worship assemblies are done “decently and in order,” (I Corinthians 14:40), and also done reverently and in such a way as to uplift one another (Colossians 3:15-17), the Assembly committee works together to organize the assemblies, determine such things as the order of worship, and who will be taking part in the leading of worship.
Under the guidance of the Elders, the committee meets to listen to and consider ideas that are proposed for making our worship better and more pleasing to God.
If anyone would like to participate in a public way in our worship, we would encourage you to get a “Willing to do” form from the office and fill it out, so that we will know of your desire and willingness to serve God in this way, or else click here.
