Titus 2:1-8 teaches about the importance of older men and women teaching younger men and women, and Baker Height’s Mentoring ministry is devoted to doing just that. When people are baptized into Christ and become new Christians, we want to make sure we support them as they grow and mature in Christ. The purpose of this ministry is to organize and coordinate teams to welcome and mentor those new Christians, to help them become well-grounded in their faith, and help them assimilate into the church. They also get to know all new Baker Heights members and help them get involved in the church and in ministry.
